Kelly has the most difficult and challenging job that includes being responsible for overseeing client services for the company. With over 10 years of customer and client services experience within the Real Estate and Finacial Services and industries, Kelly brings with her extensive organizational skills, experience, a contagious personality and positive attitude that every successful advisory firm must have.

Melissa is our newest team member and is responsible for the firms marketing, website and social media content that includes company branding, advertising, public relations, seminars and client events. Melissa has come to Evergreen Cost Savings with 10 years of experience providing similar duties and responsibilities in the Philadelphia area legal community. 

Sandy is responsible for organizing private client and public events for the company. Her duties include assisting Melissa Urbany with client communications. Her primarily responsible is coordinating new business development campaigns such as public and private educational seminars and also with other tax, legal, real estate, and business broker professionals in the Delaware Valley. Sandy is also responsible for assisting Tom Ambrose who is a Principal and one of the founders of the company. Sandy is married to Tom, and they have a blended family of 8 children and 10 grandchildren

    In our initial meeting, we ask you to share in detail about your financial life and business—your goals, lifestyle, risks, and the opportunities you foresee. We aim to understand your personal characteristics—your strengths and experiences—as well as areas where we can support you. We’ll guide you through the documentation gathering process necessary to continue the planning.

  • Step II, Discovery

    Our learning continues as you provide the financial, tax, and legal materials—both personal and business—that we requested. Through more questions and discussions, we gain a deeper understanding of your resources and how we can bridge them to your goals.

  • Step III, Validation

    We present a detailed review of all the background information you’ve provided, allowing you to validate its accuracy. This helps ensure a clear understanding of the assumptions we’ll use moving forward. Although it’s a recap, clients often find this an eye-opening experience.

  • Step IV, Strategy

    In this collaborative session, we outline a strategy to help you achieve your business and financial goals. Without delving into specifics just yet, we focus on a plan to get you where you want to be. This helps us ensure we’re on the same page and haven’t missed anything.

  • Step V, Observations, Recommendations & Execution

    At this stage, we discuss specific observations and recommendations and begin implementing them. We take full responsibility for the execution, completion, and follow-through of our proposed strategies.

  • Step VI, Measure, Manage, Report, and Collaborate

    Once your plan is in place and all your advisors are up to speed, our advisory service to you has just begun. We will continue to communicate with you and your other advisors, meeting regularly at your convenience to monitor progress, make adjustments, and help ensure your plan remains aligned with your goals.
